The Hudson Kombucha Mule

Seek North doesn’t judge. As much as we talk about health and wellness, not only should you not feel bashful around here if you happen to find a martini in your hand, you might find one in our hands too. But we have a secret. We think we know how you can enjoy your glass (or two) and make it healthier.

Kombucha is actually the perfect mixer- imagine the variety of flavors, alone. No longer would you be relegated to your typical bloody mary, sours, and spritzer mixers - blueberries, hibiscus, and elderflowers can now jazz up your favorite cocktails. If you don’t drink, this flavor variety makes the possibilities for liquor-less “mock”tails endless, while still getting the refreshing taste and fanciful look of an actual cocktail.

‘Booch was born to be a mixer. It’s got the bubbly fizz, it’s got the tangy tartness, it’s got the subtle sweetness, all in one glass. Plus its got all thos probiotics, vitamins, and antioxidants we always talk about. You’ll actually be pouring all of those right in your cocktail.

Packaged mixers and spritzers as mentioned are loaded with sugar. Alcohol already contributes a significant number of calories to your glass. Kombucha not only has a killer flavor variety, it could quickly shrink the amount of sugar and calories you’re about to drink.

Booch can give you more flavor, less sugar and a little health boost in cocktails. If you’re not a huge fan of kombucha, we may have just found a way to make it go down much easier:
