Thai chili & jalepeno boochtail

Creation by Pakt, Kingston.

This Cocktail was created by the wonderful people at Pakt restaurant in Kingston, NY. They named this creation, the “Buddhapisst”.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 parts booch (Pineapple Elderflower, Seek Immunity kombucha from Seek North)

  • 1 part Vodka (add 2 parts for stronger, I also subbed this with whiskey and another time with gin and all 3 were AMAZING)

  • 1 part soda water

  • Thai basil herb, and jalepeno wiped around rim

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine kombucha, vodka, and soda water in shaker

  2. Muddle one thai basil leaf and 1/4 of a jalepeno (no seeds) and add to shaker

  3. Add ice to shaker mix well with long cocktail spoon and give it a couple light shakes (not too hard because this is very carbonated and will burst)

  4. Strain into glass

  5. Wip fresh thai basil and jalepeno around rim, and garnish with fresh thai basil leaf or jalepeno and enjoy!
